Winding shapes, curious plants, fantastical fauna\u2026<\/p>\n<p>So when I stumbled upon a Dr. Seuss-like forest along the rugged and remote coast of British Columbia, it occurred to me that maybe I\u2019d discovered one of the most magical places on Earth.<\/p>\n<p><!-- This site is converting visitors into subscribers and customers with OptinMonster - https:\/\/optinmonster.com :: Campaign Title: Inline_Destination_Spirit Bears --><\/p>\n<div id=\"om-pdv8lhil0o1kwr8klc3l-holder\"><\/div>\n<p><script>(function(d,u,ac){var s=d.createElement('script');s.type='text\/javascript';s.src='https:\/\/a.omappapi.com\/app\/js\/api.min.js';s.async=true;s.dataset.user=u;s.dataset.campaign=ac;d.getElementsByTagName('head')[0].appendChild(s);})(document,123366,'pdv8lhil0o1kwr8klc3l');<\/script><br \/>\n<!-- \/ OptinMonster --><\/p>\n<p>Truly, nothing else describes my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nathab.com\/alaska-northern-adventures\/spirit-bear-cruise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">spirit bear trip with Natural Habitat Adventures<\/a> better than this singular word: <em>magical<\/em>. It may not have been a Dr. Seuss book, save for that one spot in the lush rainforest, but it was a different kind of magic, revealed in the green of the rainforest and the blue of the water. In the early-morning howls of wolves and the innocent gaze of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nathab.com\/blog\/rare-spirit-bear-and-adorable-cub-spotted\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">curious bear cub<\/a>. In misty, fjord-shrouded meadows and the microcosms of wild mushrooms and berries.<\/p>\n<p>And it was absolutely a photographer\u2019s paradise at every turn! I\u2019ve never experienced more joy trying to capture the essence of a place in an image than on this trip.<\/p>\n<p><a
